The Grizzlies of Khutze

When you think Khutze Inlet can't get anymore beautiful or magical, this remote estuary will challenge your perceptions. Early in the morning on a frigid autumn day, this mother Grizzly Bear brought her cub down to the water's edge to search for spawned out chum salmon. Bathed in the golden glow of the early morning light, these two bears disappeared beyond the river's bend, accompanied only by their silent reflections.
